 This includes identifying necessary actions, and assigning responsibility for the completion of
those actions.

 The project manager and/or HSE manager must also ensure and document the completion of
those actions, as well as the final review with the employee.

 The project manager is responsible for tracking the progress of the Unsafe Condition/Safety
Suggestion Report to ensure that action is on‐going.

 The project manager or safety supervisor must also provide expertise in suggestions and review
the actions to ensure they are keeping with sound safety practices, meet company directives,
and comply with federal, state, and client regulations.
