♦ Designated routes will be established for access to the work area and for movement of material and
equipment Movement of material and equipment shall be scheduled with Sama Global.
♦ Access to the site will be provided through the Administrator or other designated persons. A list of
expected employees should be provided to Sama Global before employees arrive at the site.
This will allow time to prepare for proper access documents to be prepared.
Site speed limits and traffic rules shall be observed. Never leave vehicle engines running without a
driver. Always wear seat belts. Personnel shall not be carried in the bed of a truck with materials.
Employees may be transported in the bed of a pick‐up truck while seated flat on the floor, arms
inside the bed, against the cab or sidewalls of the truck. No one is to be seated within 2 feet from
the tailgate of the truck. Materials and employees may not be transported together. The driver of
the vehicle is responsible for assuring that all passengers obey the site guidelines as well as the law.
13. HOUSEKEEPING
During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, all debris shad is kept cleared from work
areas, passageways, and stairs in and around buildings or other structures.
Employees shall promptly clean up all scrap materials and waste materials produced as a result of its
operation and place that waste into containers.
In the event of a spill of any material by Employees, other than potable water onto the ground.
Employees shall immediately take steps to contain said material and contact Sama Global HSE . The
clean up which will ensue shall be in accordance with Sama Global, federal, state and municipal
♦ lubricants, solvents, chemicals, paints, etc.) shall be contained for proper storage
and disposal. Employees shall ensure that temporary containers are in compliance with all state and
federal regulations employees shall properly label containers for disposal.
Written spill prevention program for the work location and shall provide a copy to the project.
Projects administration will maintain road and other site operating facilities affected by its
operations in a clean and uncluttered condition at all times. All obstacles must be removed. Any and
all dirt, mud, concrete, debris, trash, waste, spoil, refuse, etc. shall be cleaned up and removed
immediately.

14. WORKING CONDITIONS
14.1 Drug Abuse and Alcohol Policy
To the extent allowable by law, Projects will develop, implement and maintain a "Drug Abuse and Alcohol
Policy" which is consistent with that of Sama Global.
14.2 Coordination with Others
Where employee’s work must be performed in conjunction with work by others, Projects will
cooperate with Sama Global in scheduling, coordinating, and sequencing its work with that of others so
all work may proceed with minimal interference or delay.
14.3 Co‐Occupancy
Supervisors shall provide all measures required to protect property, existing facilities and work performed
by others from damage due to operations or negligence. Sama Global may suspend project operation until
such protective measures are provided, and the cost for stand‐by of Subcontractor's personnel and
equipment shall be from Subcontractor's account
