10.2 Management Accountability
Sama Global Management is responsible for the safety and health of all employees while they are
performing their duties. Management's objective is an efficient, productive effort that incorporates all
elements of accident prevention through the participation of senior management, management teams,
project managers, employees, contractors and suppliers. Any variances to this Project Safety Plan
require the approval of senior management.
