Management, staff and supervisory personnel will set the stage for "Incident Free" performance by
their commitment and safe behavior.
Personnel in these positions are accountable for uncompromising support of the process.
Personnel in these positions shall acknowledge positive performance, to find potential for process
improvements, to elicit feedback on the safety process from each and every employee and to
ensure that the dignity and respect of each and every employee are not compromised.
By enthusiastic support and implementation of these guidelines, an environment can be created in
which risks of accidents can be minimized and our goal of "Incident Free" can be a daily reality.

11.2 Requirements
♦ Sama Global site operations shall provide the monthly health and safety performance report, which will
include at a minimum: the client for whom the work was performed, the type of work performed,
the date of injury, the treatment of injury, the corrective action implemented to prevent
re¬occurrence.
It is the primary responsibility of the company to provide a safe and healthy workplace for their
employees and we must comply with all applicable HSE Standards as outlined in the Sama Global
HSE Manual.
♦ All personnel working on a Sama Global facility must fully comply with all applicable governmental
occupational safety and health policies and regulations Any vendor that brings or utilizes hazardous
chemicals, materials, or substances on Sama Global's or client property must provide all MSDS to
Sama Global site HSE before bringing chemical on site.
♦ All personnel are expected to undergo appropriate/ required medical examinations and safety and
health training prior to entering the jobsite and beginning work.
♦ All personnel are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is in proper working condition and
that any unsafe conditions are remedied immediately/ before the equipment is used.
♦ All personnel are responsible to notify a Sama Global supervisor immediately of all accidents, injuries or
other HSE incidents on company or Client's property.
♦ All personnel shall comply with all applicable safety, health and environmental rules of company.
This includes, but is not limited to, its contraband policy prohibiting the use, possession,
transportation or sale of narcotics, illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or
alcohol, or being impaired by such substances while on company or Client's property. While working
on company or Client's property, employees are subject to being tested for drugs and alcohol
through urine‐ analysis and/or blood or BET tests. Refusals by such employees to cooperate in such
test are grounds for removal from property.
All personnel must agree to comply with these guidelines and communicate it to their employees.
Site supervisors shall also commit to conducting weekly toolbox safety meetings at jobsite and
participating in Sama Global's TSTI programs as well as providing effective job safety training
for all categories of employees.
