Further, all personnel working on company or Client's properties are responsible for contractually
obligating its suppliers to comply with these guidelines in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions.
"Horseplay* or similar behavior on the jobsite is strictly prohibited.
Site Supervisors shall designate an English speaking QA coordinator to administer the safety
program, conduct regular inspections of the work area for safety hazards and participate in
company audits of the personnel work areas.
An effective system of indoctrination, training, supervision and education of new or transferred
employees on Company projects is expected of each Site supervisor. Site supervisors shall inform
their employees of all HSE requirements and safety procedures before employees begin work at the
jobsite.

11.3 Risk Analyses
Analysis, Awareness and Action are the three major factors of an Injury Free Work Site. Company will
commit to this process by conducting Pro‐Job Planning meetings and to performing Total Safety Task
Instruction.
11.3.1 Pre‐Job Planning
Pre‐Job planning is the management planning which takes place before mobilization on a project or prior to
the beginning of a new phase of work. Pre‐Job planning is a review of the scope of work and schedule
detailed into a list of major activities; each made up of specific tasks. These include any specifications
defining acceptable performance and conditions specific to the site.
Once these primary tasks are identified, the hazards associated with their performance can be addressed
through the Hazard Analysis process. Special planning will be needed for certain activities; such as Fall
Prevention, Emergency Action, Confined Space Entry, Excavations, Critical Lifts, etc. Procedures should be
written specifically for that activity.
11.3.2 Hazardous Work Plans
In the performance of hazardous work or at the direction of Client's representative, company shall develop
written, detailed hazardous work plans and have such available for review. This includes work on existing
electrical lines, trenches or excavation greater than 1.5, confined area entry, hazardous waste disposal,
asbestos abatement, work with open flame, etc.
Once these areas are identified, the hazards associated with work performances shall be minimized and/or
controlled through training, skill assessment, proper tools, well‐maintained equipment and the correct
materials on site.
11.4 Implementation
A representative of company will be designated to be responsible for implementing these guidelines at each
of its facilities and for monitoring compliance by all personnel. In the event of any violation by personnel of
Occupational Safety, Health or Environmental regulations, or any other governmental regulation, or HSE
rules of company, or of these Guidelines, the site supervisors shall take immediate action to correct such
violation or to remedy any hazard they control.
In the event a personnel fails to immediately correct any violation or remedy any hazard they control or are
responsible for under their Contract or by law, supervisors shall have the right to take appropriate actions as
solely determined by Sama Global HSE has the right to suspend any work being performed by personnel
