until any violation or hazard is corrected. In the event of willful or repeated non‐compliance by personnel,
has the right to terminate the Contract and/or dismiss the personnel.
11.5 Enforcement of HSE Guidelines
Enforcement of these Guidelines shall be exercised as follows:
♦ The Company conducts periodic inspections of the personnel's work and issues written results for
action.
♦ It is understood that company is not restricting itself to these policies and procedures. Additional
policies and procedures as dictated by the job will be issued and posted as needed.
♦ Sama Global reserves the right to undertake any other action required to establish and maintain a
healthy, safe and environmental compliant work site.
♦ "NO JOB IS SO IMPORTANT AND NO SERVICE IS SO URGENT THAT WE CANNOT TAKE TIME TO
PERFORM OUR WORK SAFELY"

11.6 Reporting and Inspections
All employees are responsible for immediately reporting any job injury/incident, near‐miss, no matter how
minor. ('Immediately'' means at or near the time of the injury/incident and on the same day of the
injury/incident.) Employees must report the injury/incident to their supervisor. A casual mentioning of the
injury/incident will not be sufficient. The employee must let their supervisor know:
How they hurt themselves.
What they were doing all the time.
What they were working with/on.
Who they were working with at the time.
When and where the injury/incident happened.
Other pertinent information that will aid in the Supervisor's investigation of the incident. A copy of
the report shall be immediately forwarded to Sama Global's on‐site representative.
Failing to report an injury/incident immediately is a violation of HSE Guidelines and may be subject to
immediate termination or other disciplinary action. Every employee of Sama Global is expected to comply
with project Guidelines and to comply with all applicable HSE Standards.
The Site Project Manager will establish periodic and documented inspections of the following:
Project work areas ‐ daily
Project loss prevention inspections ‐ monthly
Fire extinguishers ‐ after each use, monthly, annual inspection
Equipment inspections ‐ before entry to project site and the following as noted:
Other Heavy Equipment‐ , loaders, fork lifts, etc. ‐ monthly, (documented)
11.7 Notifications
After ensuring the injured employee is receiving first aid, notify the Sama Global representative or HSE
dept will be responsible to assist Sama Global HSE in investigating the incident.
